11/10/2025 from 12:00PM until 2:00PM at the City of High Point Office (201 4th St, High Point) - Please arrive by 11:30AM to complete an assessment.

11/12/2025 from 8:30AM until 10:30AM at the Cultural Arts Center (200 N. Davie Street, Greensboro) - Please use the entrance on the lower level between LeBauer Park and Friendly Avenue. The door faces the parking deck for the library. Please arrive by 10:00AM to complete an assessment.

Our agency is only able to conduct Coordinated Entry assessments and address related inquiries at our access points. We are unable to provide other services outside of this scope.
