11/3/2025 from 8:30AM until 10:30AM at the Cultural Arts Center (200 N. Davie Street, Greensboro) - Please use the entrance on the lower level between LeBauer Park and Friendly Avenue. The door faces the parking deck for the library. Please arrive by 10:00AM to complete an assessment.

11/4/2025 from 11:30AM until 2:00PM at Christ Wesleyan Church’s Hope Center (2400 S. Holden Road, Greensboro) - Please arrive by 1:30PM to complete an assessment.

11/4/2025 from 3:00PM until 4:00PM with Guilford County Solution to the Opioid Problem at Walgreen's (2758 S. Main Street, High Point) - Please arrive by 3:30PM to complete an assessment.
