Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the landlords and property managers who make housing possible in our community! Your work is essential, and your willingness to partner with housing programs helps create real, lasting change.
We also know that being a landlord comes with many challenges, but you do not have to navigate them alone. Partners Ending Homelessness’ Landlord Engagement Pilot Program is here to support your work while helping expand access to affordable housing in High Point. Landlords play a critical role in housing solutions, and this program is designed to support that role while addressing the real challenges that come with it.
To kick things off, we’re hosting a series of Coffee and Conversation events beginning November 12, 2025. These informal gatherings offer a welcoming, neutral space where landlords can connect with one another and with service providers to discuss challenges and collaborate on community-focused solutions.
Who Should Get Involved?
This pilot program is open to landlords and property managers in the High Point area who are interested in being part of a community-driven solution to housing instability. You might be a great fit if you:
Own or manage rental properties, whether it is one unit or many
Have vacant units or are open to renting to tenants referred through housing programs
Are curious about how to support your community while maintaining your business goals
Want to share your experiences and help shape local housing strategies
Are looking for a collaborative space to discuss challenges and solutions with fellow landlords and service providers
Why Get Involved?
If you are a landlord in High Point, this is a chance to:
Network and build relationships with service providers and fellow landlords
Share your perspective and help shape local housing solutions
Learn about resources and support available to you
Be part of a community-wide effort to reduce homelessness
Interested in Learning More?
Whether you are a seasoned property owner or just starting out, your voice and participation are valuable. This is a chance to be part of something bigger while gaining support, resources, and connections along the way.
